MWM has rolled out projects of all sizes around the globe, installing small biogas gensets as well as power plants with an output of more than 50 MWel.
Asia Cement, Penza, Russia
Since 2015 the two containers, equipped with an 2 MW TCG 2020 V20 each, provide a total of 4 MW electrical output to cover increasing energy demands of the local cement factory.
AtakayCement, Krasnodar Area, Russia
Each of the six MWM containers produced in Germany operate one TCG 2020K V16 with 1.5 MW electrical output. The installation of several smaller sized gensets allows a very flexible energy production throughout the day.
Bereznyakovskiy Mining and Processing Plant, Chelyabinsk, Russia
In 2018, an 8-MW power plant based on four TCG 2020 V20 engines was commissioned for the Bereznyakovskiy Mining and Processing Plant in the Etkulsky District of the Chelyabinsk Region.
Biogas Plant “Timokhovo”, Russia
Commissioned in July 2021, the 10-MW biogas plant supplied to the Timokhovo landfill by Electrosystems Co. Ltd. generates electricity for the landfill and the local grid, while providing the heat required for the digestion process.
Biplast, Lipetsk Region, Russia
The power plant with electric capacity of 1.6 MW is a unique project for a manufacturer of technological plastic.
Brick factory, Belgorod Region, Russia
In total 7,5 MW electrical output are produced in the five MWM containers supplied and installed near the city of Belgorod. The power plant is in continuous operation since 2016.
Bykovogaz, Volgograd Region, Russia
The containerized power plant for the needs of a developing oil and gas company consists of four MWM gas gensets designed to operate in island mode.
Cement Plant, Volsk, Russia
In 2019 the CHP power plant containing of two TCG 2032 V16 gensets was set into operation. Beside heat utilization from the engines exhaust gas, river water from the nearby Volga is heated up with the intercooling circuit and used in the production processes.
